1. Appointments & Deposits
- All appointments must be secured with a deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits are deductible from the total cost of your treatment.
- We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings without deposit payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.,
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
- No-shows or missed appointments will also result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment, and the deposit may be forfeited.
4. Medical Suitability
- All clients must complete a consultation form before treatment.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Results & Expectations
- Results vary from person to person, and while we strive for the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results.
- Follow-up or maintenance treatments may be required.
6. Age Policy
- We do not treat clients under the age of 18. ID may be requested.
7. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on completed treatments. If you are dissatisfied, please raise concerns during your appointment so we can address them appropriately.
